Roll-A-Desktop Introduction
Roll-A-Desktop (RAD) is a virtual Rolodex for your computer. The program shows information from data in Microsoft® Outlook® Contact database. RAD displays phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses and websites for your contacts. All data is displayed in real-time, that is, if you change the data in Outlook® it will be reflected in Roll-A-Desktop. Likewise if you change the data in Roll-A-Desktop it will be changed in Outlook®.
Contacts are stored in banks by the first letter of the contact’s last name. Contacts without a last name are stored in a MISC bank (along with last names that start with a non-alphabetic character). An extra info button can be clicked to view another set of contact information.
