The following can be used to improve your RAD skills!

Having two contacts with same name is not recommended
Running two instances of RAD (separate installs) can cause issues! Particularly FTP in use behavior. They will also both share the same preferences.
You can copy an email address in RAD by selecting and then right-clicking an email address
If you get a Run-Time Error while syncing then try to add a contact from the File Menu
You can view the last sync status by hovering over the tray icon (when minimized) or by clicking the “View Last Sync Status” from the Tools Menu
If your MyContacts.mdb file is huge due to syncing then open it in Microsoft® Access® and choose compact and repair from the Tools>Database Utilities Menu
You can use the following switch to open RAD directly to a contact:

You can use the following open RAD minimized: (this is used in Statrup)
“C:\Program Files\RAD\RAD.exe" m (that is a space + m)
This one is fun: If you have Vonage and you can access your computer remotely (VNC, Windows ® Remote Desktop, etc). Access your machine from a friend’s house and then double click their phone number. Your phone will ring and (since you are not home) the answering machine will pick up, then it will forward to your friend who will see that YOU called. If he picks up he will talk to your answering machine. Ha!
