Create Cell Phone List
You can use Rolladesktop to make a new contact folder for syncing with your cell phone. Most cell phones have an optional data cable that you can use to connect to your computer. With the appropriate software you can transfer your Outlook® contacts to your phone! This is where the cell phone list creator comes into play.
You can set a criteria to use in tools>preferences>cell phone. For instance you might only want to transfer your work contacts to your phone. For this you could use:
[Categories] = ‘Work’
In addition, you can define what data to include. The first time I transferred my numbers to my phone I found that a lot of my phone numbers were fax numbers! Well, with this you can decide what data to transfer.
