Color Appointments

You are able to color the appointments in your calendar based on specified criteria.  Coloring for appointments is only available in Outlook® 2002 and above.  You must set a criteria for appointment colors in tools>preferences before using the feature.

Run appointment coloring from the tools menu.  This feature will search through all of your appointments and color them based on criteria you provide.  For example you may want to color all of your Meetings in room 12 pink (color #1).  Therefore you can set color #1 criteria as:

[Location] = ‘room 12’

This will search for each appointment with a location value of room 12 and turn it to color pink.  See Outlook® data fields for a list of the available fields.  Coloring will occur from color 0 to 10.  Therefore if an appointment is found in more than one criteria, the high numbered color will be used.

Optionally you can have Rolladesktop color your appointment during an Outlook Data Sync.
