Ushi

Ushi was another pet store impulse buy! I really should stop looking at the baby ratlets when I go in for treats and whatnot. Ushi was definitely hand-raised. She isn't quite as friendly as Scruff, but she isn't a scaredy-rat like Bandit or Peanut! Ushi is a dumbo rat. I brought her home, because I thought she was so goofy-looking she was cute!

My mom decided to name Ushi! Ushi, when spoken, is Russian for "ears." We had no idea of the proper English spelling. Mom LOVES her big dumbo ears!

Ushi facts:

She didn't like Yogies at first, so I had to go out and get her some Yogurt Dips to try! She loves those!
She has the most beautiful coat! Her markings are completely symmetrical.
She tries to be the alpha rat, but Scruffy just won't give in.
