Most objects behave just like the textbox from the previous
page. Where are these objects? They are mostly on a special toolbar for Drawing.
| 1) Click on the drawing Icon. |

2) Or click View … Toolbars … Drawing
Now you will see an extra toolbar, typically on the bottom for drawing lines,
arrows, boxes, circles, WordArt and more.
3) A different way is to click on
Insert .. Picture .. AutoShapes, which
shows you another little taskbar just for AutoShapes. |

Making a timeline with callouts
You can insert your most important data with rectangular callouts, while
inserting other info (such as presidents, or world history affairs) with
different shapes.
| To
move the pointer of the Callout boxes, click once on the outside border
and locate the yellow diamonds to move a pointer to the desired location. |
