THE TEXT BOX

Click on Insert … Textbox. Then drag the your
cursor to define your box.

Type words in the textbox
·
Resize your box by clicking on it and then dragging the little
white squares around the sides. |

You can also move the box by clicking on it and dragging it around
while holding the mouse pointer down on the shaded box outline.

1, What happens when you move your box around while you hold in the CTRL key?

Change the line, the color and the properties of the box, by clicking
with your RIGHT mouse button on the shaded outline of the box and choose
Format Text Box. You
are now able to choose a different thickness or color or the line. |

2, how do you get rid of the line, but keep the text box?

The layout of your box (or picture) determines how the text looks when
it gets close to that picture. You can put a box behind or in front of the
text, or let the text go (tight) around the box. |

3) Try to make two text boxes, overlapping like the ones
on the left. Impossible? Try to use your ALT key and use a different fill. |
