Here is a list of restaurants that serve popovers (not necessarily the traditional kind that most of us know and love). We have never eaten a popover in a restaurant, so we cannot provide testimonials as to how good any of these restaurants are. Note: Sometimes several restaurants are listed on a page at the links provided below, and you have to look for the one that serves popovers. Unless otherwise noted, I have not personally verified the information on this page. I don't know if these restaurants are still open or even continue to serve popovers, so I suggest you call or e-mail first.
