You have to find somebody’s address. The e-mail software is very user friendly. But in order to write to people you have to have their e-mail address. (You can look these addresses up on the web, (See White pages)
Enter the name and the e-mail address of your friends here once, and you never have to bother typing their address again; You send it simply to your friend HANS and the software will send it to hjspech.man.elt@DMK.hye.ger You might never have to learn their e-mail address: If you get somebody’s e-mail, simply click on their address and choose “add to address book”. (Menu or Right click). Then fill in their name and click on OK. You can send the same letter to different people In the line Mail To: you can fill in several people,
separated by a comma. The CC stands for Carbon Copy a person receiving this e-mail as a carbon copy knows the e-mail is not directed to them, but is to inform them of the correspondence. You can carbon copy your spouse on a letter to your uncle. The BCC stands for Blind Carbon Copy. This way, the person that receives the mail does not know that a carbon copy is sent to anybody else.
