(Chest Augmentation)
(Also, fun with weapons, and generally getting ahead in life)
Feeling a bit selfconscious about his upper proportions, Defensor decides it's time for a change.
Look at those 'guns!' (Ransack was the hardest Minicon to fit inside the chest. Yes, the entire gun assembly can be turned around. And yes, it does look like poor Ransack is being eaten by the chest. "HELP ME!!")
And I will call them Droopy1, and Droopy2.... (Makeshift (the plane) is pretty secure when like this. The tail section is easy to angle correctly. Admittedly, these look more like hip guns ala Fort Max. This may be usable on the Micromaster jet gestalt.)
Getting ahead in life, and padding on the Make(shift). (Rook would look better as Defensor's head if his own wouldn't stickup. However, since he has no color applied to his small face, one could imagine that it's just the design of the head, like a cobra head on the front of a crown. Prowl connects well above Makeshift. You do have to turn over Makeshift, straighten his tail to go out the back of Defensor, and straighten his nose. Prowls head goes neatly between Makeshift's semi-fold up legs (insert dirty joke here). Prowl's hood latches onto the nose of Makeshift.)
Hey nice headlights! (This particular version isn't that exciting. And of course there's the inevitable jokes about where the hook for Dune Runner's wench is at. I suppose Defensor could use the lights if he were in darkness, or maybe a blinding weapon.)
Watch where you point those things. You'll put someone's eyes out. (Inferno is probably the most solid, and convincing chest piece, like it was "made to be this way." The missile launcher fits neatly into the lower abdomen depression. And, of course I couldn't resist a Megatron-like pose with the Energon Fusion Cannon.)
Like true "falsies," Defensor stores his personal floatation devices in his chest. (I felt I had to try to get one of the seabots in on the action. It's a bit loose, but it works. Just extend the legs of Oceanglide (the hovercraft) through the hole in Defensor's back and wrap them upward at the knees. Iceberg makes a great demolition claw on the right arm. Also, with extended arms, Defensor can easily make use of the Skyboom shield.)
So, just like at a plastic surgeon's office, you too can choose your chest (or whatever else). No Minicons, or Micromasters were harmed in the making of this webpage.
