Thomas Harris Crouch 4 (John 3, Richard 2, Richard 1) born August 14,1788 [6] in Richmond, Chesterfield County, Virginia; died October 31, 1856 [7] and burried Hollywood Cemetary in Richmond City, Chesterfield County, Virginia. Married Molly "Mary" Brook Temple [8] born October 10, 1799 in Richmond "Ampthill", Chesterfield County, Virginia, the daughter of Robert Temple and Elizabeth Skyren, on November 25, 1819 in Chesterfield County, Virginia. She died 1878, March 16th. [13] Mrs. Molly B. Crouch,; aged 80.[10] In 1856 they lived E.S.3rd. [12]

1. Robert Temple Crouch 5 born 1821 in Pb. Chesterfield Co., Virginia2. John G. Crouch 5, born 1822 [9][1], died September1853.[10]
3. Walter Crouch 5 [11] Reference 11 below mentions Walter Crouch as a son of a Mr. Crouch and Mary Brook Temple. There is enough age difference between John Crouch and Bernard Crouch (both of whom are listed in the 1850 census) for there to be another child. By the 1850 census Walter has either moved out of the house, or he is deceased. Allowing for the average age difference between siblings of roughly two years, then Walter would have been born circa 1824-1825.
