Important Notes:


  • We offer a la carte pricing as well as packages. However, we no longer do weddings for under $500.
  • "Proofs" are not the same as "prints." Prints are higher quality and more expensive to produce. They also have a longer life than proofs. A book of proofs is generally used as a reference with which to order larger prints.
  • Images are copyrighted and may not be reproduced without our permission.
  • Low-resolution digital proofs will not enlarge well. If you are looking to save money by doing your own enlargements, please discuss this with Stephen.
  • Remember, we accept payment plans (interest and finance charge free!) as long as your balance is paid in full prior to the wedding date.
  • A $500 retainer is required to reserve your date. We pass on other weddings for that day once it is received. It is non-refundable.
  • By popular demand, we will set up a wedding registry, so that your friends and family can give you the gift of photography (instead of the gift of another kitchen trinket or department store gift card that you don't really need!). Call us for more information.

    Bronze Package
    $1600

    		 Includes:
    • Attendance at your wedding & reception, for pre-wedding photos (bride & groom getting ready, etc.) through reception events (tossing bouquet, etc.) You get Stephen for the entire day, not just for a few hours.
    • 600-1400 shots taken
    • 10 x 15 spiral bound proof book (around 200 images) from your wedding day
    • Best 100-200 proofs uploaded to a website for you to share with family & friends, and order prints
    • All requested poses (as long as we do not have to wrestle people to make them stand still)
    • Computer slide show at your reception of the wedding photos (great entertainment when placed next to the dance floor!)
    • Complimentary Tee Shirts or other gear for the bridal couple with a unique shot from your wedding on the front.
    • CD archive of all your proofs on disc at your two year anniversary
    • Fifty photo thank you cards for you to send your guests after the wedding.

    Silver Package

    • Engagement or bridal photo session (including one 8x10, two 5x7s, and one sheet of wallets from this session)
    • Best 200-300 proofs burned onto a low-resolution photo CD for you with slideshow
    • GraphiStudio 8 x 12 inch premium coffee table album, fully customizable with multiple upgrade options.
    • Travel expenses within a 75 mile radius (150 miles round-trip)
    Gold Package
    $2950
         		Includes:
    • All of the above, plus:
    • Black & whites, sepia toned, color highlights, or other digital manipulation as fitting.
    • Best 300-400 proofs burned onto low-resolution photo CDs for you (that's an additional 100 or so)
    • Eight 8 x 10s and one 11 x 14
    • $50 credit toward enlargements (sizes 5 x7 to 30 x 40 inch) of wedding day photographs
    Platinum Package
    $3800
         		Includes:
    • All of the above, plus:
    • All proofs taken burned onto photo CDs for you (that's 600-1400 photos)
    • Three 10 x 15 inch spiral-bound proof magazines (instead of one)
    • Two parent/guest albums from GraphiStudio
    • $100 credit toward enlargements (sizes 5 x 7 to 30 x 40 inch) of wedding day photographs
    • WILL physically wrestle relatives into the picture if you so desire! (Just kidding--no one in the employ of Stephen A. Harmon Photography is a professional, licensed wrestler.)
    • Travel expenses within a 150 mile radius (300 mile round-trip)
    • Additional tee shirts or other gear, thank you notes, photo calendar, and other goodies
