| I received my first (very own) Darth Vader figure at my 5-year-old birthday party. Until then, I had to use my older brother's Vader to reenact my favorite scenes. Ah, I remember opening up that "figure looking" package at Queenie Bee, while I was surrounded by my cousins. I remember marveling at the cool Empire Strikes Back packaging, and then opening up figure and smelling the "new-toy" plastic scent that emanated from the freshly opened blister pack. I absolutely love this fig! It's just so 1970's evil, which isn't really that evil by today standards. This Darth is truly a perfect toy! |
