The Proposal:

On April 26th, Billy called me from work and asked if I would like to go
out for dinner that night. I said that it sounded like a good idea. When
he came home from work that day, he went out into the backyard to pick some Tulips for me. Unfortunately, I had already been cutting them and placing
them around the house! So there were no Tulips left for him to cut. We went
to dinner and came back home. I was sitting on the couch when Billy came and
sat beside me. He called for Cooper, our Chocolate Lab to come into the living room. In came Cooper with a card tied around his neck with a ribbon. Cooper walked right over to me so I could take it off of him. On the outside of the card was a picture of Cooper and it said, "Mommy". On the inside of the card
it read, "Will you and Maverick please marry us? Love, Cooper and daddy"
Billy looked at me with tears in his eyes and asked if I would marry him.
I said, "Yes!"
