WHICH PROGRAM?
To start working on the Internet, you need to locate the correct program on your computer. The two major software programs are Microsoft Explorer and Netscape Navigator. Having the latest version is one of the requirements to see everything on the web.

Just like all other programs you start it by clicking on the program, its shortcut or its icon. You stop it by clicking on the X in the top right corner.

However, the software does not work properly, unless it is connected to the Internet. You have to be logged on to the network or “dial up” to be connected through your modem.

·        Under Menu .... Tools ... Internet Options  you can tell the software to dial a dial up connection automatically
