I did this picture in an illustration class. The ink is smeared on purpose because the teacher wanted us to mimic the style of a certain illustrator. I think these turned out very well, I like the border breaking. I think one of the reasons it turned out well was because I let myself relax with the watercolors. I'm usually so anal about color bleed, that's why I don't work in watercolor too often.
