Both of our Condos ( WATERCREST & SUNBIRD) have a Couch & Love Seat with a Queen size fold out bed.

The Bedroom also has a Queen Size Bed....

The Kitchen & Appliances are Full Size with a Microwave, Coffee Maker, & all Utensils.

There is a Cable TV with HBO in the Living Room & the Bedroom.

The SUNBIRD Middle pool is large and next to the game room.

There are also 2 other pools (1 heated).

The SUNBIRD RESORT has a Large Deck, 3 Pools (1 heated),

Tennis Courts, Basketball & Game Room.

The View from the Balcony is Spectacular!!

Also on Property are Cabanas & Jet Skis....

There are 2 smaller pools at the East & West end of the property.
