Mission Statement

To promote the general welfare, including the social and physical needs, of all persons with Cerebral Palsy through the establishment and maintenance of a diagnostic and treatment center.  To sponsor, initiate and participate in any action designed to promote the foregoing.

Services Provided

• Provide Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy; medical evaluation; assistance with the purchase of equipment and healthy social interaction for individuals with Cerebral Palsy
  
• Clinic Hours:  5:00 - 7:30 PM at 210 Avenue C, Danville on Monday
• Clinic is open eleven months of the year (September through July)
• A calendar of clinic dates is available
  
• Referrals to the clinic are made through the school system, parents, early intervention programs, physicians or private individuals.
