The Stanton Group was founded in 1991 by graduates of large, traditional consulting firms. We all agreed that, if we wanted to help clients achieve world-class performance, we had better design our own business to run with world-class efficiency. As a result, we found a better way to deliver our services. We call it Lean Consulting:

• In order to cut non-value adding expense, we automated the office. The Stanton Group runs without any clerical or financial staff.
• In order to shorten the communication chain between ourselves and our clients, we decided to represent ourselves. The Stanton Group operates without a traditional marketing staff. 

This means that the Stanton Group professional who develops a project plan with you will typically be the same one who manages your project and delivers project results. Both organizations benefit from simplified communication and from major time and cost savings.
