The Stanton Group's quality of project management is an important reason why over 80 percent of our engagements are with repeat clients. Project Management is a way of life for us. We develop a project schedule by critical path method (CPM) to support every project proposal we write. The resulting client engagements are managed by CPM to help us control project cost and delivery. On large projects we routinely train client personnel in the use of CPM software, usually MicroSoft Project, to help with the implementation of project solutions.
The Stanton Group also offers project management services for large client projects.
