Group Facilitation - Change projects, whether based on process reengineering or other change management methodologies, all rely heavily on group facilitation. It is critical that the group that will be living with the changed workplace be comfortable with the new design. Stanton Group methodologies for process reengineering achieve client support by facilitating development of the new work and/or organization design with client staff. Wherever possible, in projects requiring a large number of facilitated groups, we provide training and on-the-job support to client facilitators. This helps to increase the level of ownership of group results and leaves a great deal of useful information with the client organization when we leave. Facilitation Training - The Stanton Group routinely includes training of client staff in most of its change management projects, including process reengineering projects. We are keenly aware that the consultants' training and experience leaves when the design project ends. Training that we can impart to team members during the project remains, improving the project's chances of success, and further enhancing the client's performance. |
