To Live
Threads to tighten to pull
Around the face in mask
Suffocation to swallow
Breathing choke
Veils clinging to brokenness
Emptiness left in sockets
Mouth without tongue
To deaf is death
Whispers upon the mind
Echoes of whys this was
Longing for waves to consume
Pearls flutter down to the ocean floor
Serenity from cloth that binds
Surrounding threads mist enclosed
To
take a hold and tailor once more
