What you need to know so far:

Sept 10: Your tuxes are in and must be picked up by Friday, although Men's Wearhouse would prefer earlier.

Aug 28: Don't forget to pick up your tux today and on Sept 12. Please get it fitted before you leave the store so that they can make any last minute adjustments.

The Schedule for Sept 13 is as follows:
NOON - meet at the Embassy Suites in Covington for pics.
1:15-ish - Receptions (where we get to eat first)
8 pm - Informal afterparty at Kevin & Shel's (optional, of course)

July 15:
If your name is in red up above, GO GET FITTED FOR YOUR TUX!!!!! Hell, they're even paid for and I swear it will only take a few minutes of your time.

June 29:
Last week we paid for all of the tuxes. You should have received an email from Kevin letting you know, but if not - the tuxes are $60. That's it - only $60. Thanks to a coupon from a bridal show, we get them at roughly half price. Thank god - my cousin is renting hers from a place charging $120/person and that's insane. Who pays $120 to wear something for a few hours?
Please pay Kevin as soon as you are able (unemployment and other things taken into consideration). Also, since these are paid for, there is nothing stopping you from being fitted and arranging a store for pick-up. You can go to any Men's Wearhouse anywhere in the nation to be fitted. You can also pick the tux up anywhere if you specify to them (they won't ask). PLEASE GO GET FITTED!!!!! Remember, the date the majority of you want is SEPTEMBER 13.

April 13 :
Last Sunday we picked out the tuxes. Yes, you have to wear a tux! The tuxes are from Men's Wearhouse and are available under Lentz-Gerl Wedding Party. Talk to Kevin about how to pay for this stuff. He'll either pay for them all and you pay him, or you'll just pay the store directly. I don't know which he has decided.
You need to be fitted in late June, early July. PLEASE do not forget! I will badger you with annoying email until you get yourselves fitted, starting at the end of June.
Beach Ceremony:
If you're at the island ceremony, you need to rent a tux for the amount of days you'll be gone. We're not sure on the price of this yet and we need to work it all out with Men's Wearhouse. They say it's cheaper to rent the whole deal, as opposed to renting pieces. You'll need to wear the shirt, vest, tie, and pants. You'll be barefoot on the beach, but will need some sort of shoes (sandals are fine) for the reception/dinner in the restaurant following the ceremony. Jackets are not necessary. We don't yet know how much these are going to run, since we'll have them for 4 days at least. Kevin & I need to get back to Men's Wearhouse real soon and talk to them about that.
Local Reception:
You'll need to rent the whole deal. You'll be wearing it all - jacket, shoes, vest, tie, etc. Why? Our reception, which is the opportunity we have to share our wedding with most of our family and friends, is equally as important to us as the ceremony. We'll have a photographer there and everything! The cost is only around $60.

Here is what the tuxes look like. You will all have black ties. The dad's vests will be black and the groomsmen in a nifty silverish and black check which looks classier than it sounds. Kevin is in a white tie and vest.
