City recreation complex and six parks offer children's playgrounds, tennis
and racquetball
courts, picnic area, shuffleboard courts, nature walk, fitness trail, croquet,
fishing, boat
dock and ramp, and a lighthouse.
Boating: Mount Dora is on a chain of lakes which connects with the inland
waterway and
the Atlantic ocean.
Camping: By permit only in lakefront Trimble Park (4 miles distant). Limited
electrical and

Fishing/Hunting: Licenses required 65+ years exempt.
Golf: Mount Dora Golf Association is semi-private. Others nearby.
Lawn Bowling: courts in town.
Swimming: Heated Pool in city park.
Tennis: six public courts and semi-private at Mount Dora Golf Association

Historic Trolley
Tour -- The one-hour trip through time begins right here at the Lakeside

the playground, feed the ducks, or cast a line next to the world's smallest
