We live in an age of turmoil, and it is important for each of us to maintain an inner strength (mental as well as physical strength) in order to successfully cope with life's obstacles and difficulties.

It is our intention that our school serves you as an important institution where you can acquire self-confidence, self-discipline, respect, concentration, and many of the other virtues of the Martial Arts.

The instructors of this school are committed to the attainment of inner peace -by developing the power of the body and the mind -which we hope will promote harmony and peace with our fellow man. And we pledge to the Sullivan community to teach the martial arts so that students can reach their highest level of physical and mental development.
