About me: | I provide management and relief of pain, stress, depression, insomnia, weight loss, problems with self esteem, problems with anxiety, unwanted habits, phobias, fears, P.T.S.D., performance improvement and more. I do group sessions, work with athletes, children as young as 12 and adults up to 75. I can do phone consultation, conduct seminars and workshops. | My family : | I have a beautiful wife ,Tammy, of 17 years, 2 very athletic and intelligent boys ,Caleb and Devyn, and a terrific "daughter", Camilla (a foreign exchange student from Norway) We are big sports fans and we enjoy watching and attending American football and soccer games | My work: | Me and my wife work for the Department of Juvenile Justice and have built our careers helping high risk teens.
