Become a Member PAPB was founded on the idea of fostering camaraderie among plein aire artists through regular paint outs. It's also a founding principal that these paint outs be open to everyone of every level and we encourage anyone who wants to come to our paint outs to drop in! Click here to go to the Calendar. Members receive: A reminder email a week in advance of any paint-out (you can also check the calendar web page). Participation in critiques with outside professional, well-known artists. Participation in PAPB member shows each year. Workshops, lectures and demonstrations specific to plein air painting. You will receive details in an email once you become a member.  Thank you for your interest in becoming a member, click here for a membership form that you can print, fill out, and mail in. The membership fee is $40. Make checks payable to ” Plein Aire Painters of the Bluegrass”. Mail to “Ann Bass 1212 Indian Mound Road, Lexington, KY 40502”. Membership is renewed yearly.
