This set covers the end of first season and the early portion of Sailor Moon R, and has some of the same cel art as Hero Collection 1. Cards have blue/blue-grey colored borders, with a small paragraph of text appearing below the card heading. Card backs resemble oversized Hero Collection 1 cards, with blue borders at the card top and bottom.
