Trade & Pricing Policies

Trades:
Many cards are kept on a trade-only basis if my sets aren't complete, or if the cards are hard to find.
I only trade for cards on that are listed as wanted.

Trade Ratios*:
Japanese regs (standard size) or Amada PP bookmarks: 1 reg=1 reg
Japanese PP-type chase cards (PP, Carddass, Graffiti, Super Battle, Trading Collection, PCs, LC, HC non-WGL prisms): 1 prism=1 prism
Japanese SP-type chase cards (Perfect Collection, Carddass Masters, Broccoli Hybrid): 1 SP = 1 SP
3 or 4 Japanese regs: 1 PP-type prism
3 Japanese regs: 1 Charamide reg

I rarely trade between regs and SPs, or prisms and SPs.
I trade between series if the cards are of similar rarity.
* If one of the cards involved is considerably rarer or older than the other, different trade ratios will apply.

Card hold policy: I will only hold cards for 14 days after a purchase is finalized; I will only keep cards held back for a potential trade for 14 days as well. If I do not receive an email completing the trade arrangements 14 days after the hold back request, the cards will go back to the list.

All cards submitted for trade MUST be in mint condition. Cards mailed for trade should be packaged in such a manner as to prevent damage (ie, hard plastic sleeves or taping a card, in a soft plastic sleeve, to cardboard; protective packaging doesn't have to be expensive to be effective).

All prices quoted in this page are in US dollars; payments can be made by money order or cashier's check. If payment is by personal check, the cards will not be sent until the check clears the bank. I am not responsible for cash lost in the mail.
I will not issue cash refunds, and will only consider an item lost in the mail when the US Postal Service confirms that the item is lost in the mail.

Shipping options: If you're concerned about the items arriving safely and in a timely manner, I can have the packages insured or mailed via certified mail; the insurance & certified cost will be additional. If you live in the US, using the Zip + 4 code in your mailing address is recommended, it generally speeds up delivery.

Shipping & Handling:
I charge a small amount for shipping & handling for card purchases, mainly to cover postage & mailing supplies. For small orders of cards (less than 10), $.50; s & h for larger orders and international orders will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Postage will be either reduced or waived if the purchase also includes a trade, depending on the number of cards to be traded and purchased.
