These cards are made in Japan in 1995, for North American collectors. The cards feature the early DBZ episodes, up to Gokou's return to Earth after his training with King Kai.
The set consists of:

Promo card: front is same as card #39, but is unnumbered and advertises JPP Amada cards and toys. The card was inserted in the first volume of the NA video release.
Standees: special packs containing 2 regular cards, one prism, and one plastic card, to be assembled and painted.
