Part 4 Summary:

Part 4's main hero is Josuke and features many co-stars including Jotaro Kujo from part 3. The story takes place in Japan, Jotaro was send by Joseph (Jotaro's grandpa) to Japan to find his never before seen son - Josuke Higashikata. (Josuke is Joseph's son! Did I mention Joseph is old? and how can he have a high school son?)

After arriving in Japan, Jotaro accidently come across with Josuke's Stand - Crazy Diamond. Even with the almighty Star Platinum, Jotaro was very surprised by the power of Josuke's Stand. Without wasting time, Jotaro tells Josuke about Joseph being his father and that he is Jotaro's Uncle. Josuke was shocked with all these and Josuke was even more surprised when Jotaro asks him to help in Jotaro's mission. The mission was to find out the where abouts of the Bow & Arrow - has the ability to turn people into Stand Users. The city that Josuke living in now is no longer safe. A criminal has some how got the Bow and Arrow and has turn many people into Stand User and it's now up to Josuke to find that person and retrieve the Bow and Arrow. Josuke has some hesitation at first, but when he realize that his family and friends are in danger, he accepts the mission and find many allies.
