Mack Hodge b. 1937
Lives in Pineville in southern Kentucky. He worked in coal mines in Kentucky and factories in Ohio, and then moved back to Kentucky. He carves small wood sculptures of figures doing work such as farming or coal mining. He also carves animals, country churches, and canes. His work is illustrated in Sticks exhibition catalog and in Folk Art of Kentucky. His work is at the Kentucky Art and Craft Gallery in Louisville.
