Dary, Chase, and Bobby finally decide to find their friend, Eric, after
two years of political reconstruction in New York. Eric, on the
other hand, has made a new life for himself in Los Angeles, blending
with the populace and going about business as usual, with the
occasional safari for werewolves.
An ancient evil, older and more powerful, than the oldest of the known
veterans, awakens in the desert. His long sleep is over, and he
has plans for the world, mortal and immortal.

M2-2AVH is imprisoned in a cell of mortar and stone, yet his mind has
been erased. The drug that keeps him from his memories, however,
has begun to lose its effectiveness. Soon, M2-2AVH begins to
question the reasons for his incarceration, as more and more of his
memories become clear to him.
Is M2-2AVH guilty of the crimes he can't even remember? If not,
can he resolve the crimes while living under the guise of forgetfulness?
