Introduction:
Congratulations, you have taken the first step to enhancing your financial services career by accepting the challenge to becoming a lender for your financial institution or credit service agency. In the course of the next six days you will have the opportunity to learn the key role of consumer lending and the importance of providing quality-lending services to your customer. Our program is unique in the sense that you will engage in learning activities with peers from various financial organizations, this will allow you to have a complete working knowledge of understanding consumer lending from a regulatory standpoint.
The content of our program will consist of five learning modules followed by a Lending Certification Exam (LCE). Throughout the week instruction will be delivered through the use of lectures, role-playing, case studies, and group learning activities. Once you have completed each learning module you will be able to answer the module objectives and successfully complete each module progress test.
