This agreement made this the 17th day of March, 1900 between James Scott of the County of Hardin State of Kentucky, party of the first part, and James C. Masters and John C. Masters of the afore said county and state, party of the second part.  The party of the second part agree to cultivate the land known as the John H. Stovall farm on Mill Creek and repair the fence so it will protect the crop for the present season.  The said James C. Masters and John C. Masters is to deliver at the residence on the afore said farm one third of all the grain raised on the afore said farm except one field lying on the lower end of the farm for which the parties of the second part agree to deliver two fifths of the grain raised on afore said field at the residence above named.  (Volume 2, page 194)
