Barbara, the widow of Joseph WEISENBACHER, emigrated with three teenage children from Saronia to NY 4/20/1921 to marry Adolph MEINEKE. Adolph was the widowed husband of Barbara's sister, Mary.
Barbara divorced Adolph in November 1923 and subsequently married Tiemeyer.
Documents brought from Austria are stamped WARTBERG and are dated 1902. Marriage Certificate for her marriage to Weisenbacher have several locations written but is in German so I don't know who or what the locations pertain to. They are: Wartburg, Fohnsdorf, Gerchen.
Barbara's Death Certificate states she passed at her son, Joseph's, home at 938 S. 17th Street, Decatur, IL. Her obit lists her address as 1613 E. Glenn Street. Cause of death was Arteriosclerosis Heart Disease. Other significant conditions's included a recent Myocardial Infarction 2 1/2 months prior to death.
Barbara married Joseph Weisenbacher on 19 Jun 1900 in Langenwang, Strmk, Austria. (Joseph Weisenbacher was born in Austria and died in Decatur, Illinois.)
Barbara next married Adolph Meineke, son of Christoph Meineke and Sophia Dehaurin?, on 28 Apr 1921 in Springfield, IL. (Adolph Meineke was born about 1877 in Hamburg, Germany, died on 23 Nov 1955 and was buried in Valhall Crematory, St. Louis, MO.)
Barbara next married Frank Tiemeyer.
