Building owner Chad Needham and his pal James work on the new apartment over the gallery. Chad replaced the gallery floor with pine and cherry planks he milled himself, and has done a beautiful job with every aspect of renovation of this beautiful former grocery, bakery, and saloon, built in 1880.
