Ivytree's  Sales, Shipping, Guarantee and Returns Policies:

Ivytree Designs will receive PayPal monies, check or cash (please do not send cash in the mail!) for a selected piece after an Email or telephone commitment is made. We do not accept credit cards at this time; NOR do we have a webstore.  

The price given will not include shipping, so please allow extra for that. When payment is received, (via PayPal or when your check has cleared) the item will be shipped within a week, Lord willing!  Shipping in a secure padded packet will be via US Postal Service, First Class with insurance and delivery confirmation. Priority shipping will be a minimum of $10.00 extra, which includes the smallest Priority box.

Ivytree's Policy is that  all of Ivytree's jewelry is guaranteed for normal use and wear.  We will work with you carefully to assure that you are measuring properly for the best fit for bracelets, rings, and necklaces.  Earrings are normally made with Pierced findngs. However, Clip findings are available upon request. Please request Sterling if allergies are a problem. I do use Silver plated findings on occasion, unless sterling is requested.

Should a piece not be as expected or if breakage occurs within 60 days from normal wear, our Return policy is that you, the buyer, provide the padded packet and pay for shipping the item back to Ivytree, postage paid, with insurance. Upon receipt of the entire item intact or all the parts (if breakage occurred), we will replace it or refund payment in the same manner purchased, i.e. PayPal or check to your confirmed address.  The choice will be mutually discussed if possible.

When you purchase jewelry from Ivytree Designs, you are placing trust in us that we'll provide you with good quality materials, honest workmanship and practices, and we are trusting you to be an honest customer.  That should set the tone of all our conversations and expectations :))  I can't offer anything better than that!
