Firefighter has museum at home
How many firefighters would like to have their own fire
station in their home?
Steve Austin long time member of the Delaware Fire Service and Fire
Police Association has built a fire station adjacent to his home.
The fire station has two antique vehicles, one of which is pictured, a
Delaware Fire Police van that Steve has completely restored.
The fire station has a brass pole, meeting room, old fire equipment and
many pieces of fire memorabilia.
Steve has historical ribbons, books, badges and articles that date back
into the beginning of the fire services.
