Bedford church fire lights up night sky

According to story from WBIW, the fire was turned in by neighbors. First arriving engines did not fully realize how bad it was since the heavy walls concealed the flames. After about 90 minutes of interior it became too dangerous and it was shifted to a defensive attack.
