NEW TRAINING GROUNDS
KINZALOW FARM - SPRING CITY, TENNESSEE
ETRC has permission from Mr. Richard Kinzalow to
use his 450-acre farm for training. The farm has large fields
and two large ponds.
From Interstate 40 in Rockwood take Hwy 27 South
14 miles. The farm is located 1-1/2 mile North of Spring City,
TN on Hwy 27 which is a four-lane highway. Turn onto Hale Bopp
Road to drive directly into the property at mile marker 25. A
convenience store, 27 Market, is directly across the highway
from Hale Bopp Road.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TRAINING!!!!
The ETRC board has reached an agreement with Mr.
Kinzalow to use the farm the second and fourth Saturday of each
month for training. The ETRC board also set the following
rules as requested by Mr. Kinzalow:

ALL GATES MUST BE KEPT CLOSED TO KEEP
CATTLE INSIDE THE FIELDS. Mr. Kinzalow emphasized this
is the most important rule. If this rule is broken, we WILL
lose the farm.

NO DRIVING IN THE FIELDS. Park around
the edge of the fields. There are gravel driveways
around both ponds. Park along either side of the driveways.
ATV's with trailers may be used to haul equipment but stay
close to edges of fields.

DO NOT TRAIN IN THE HAY FIELDS.

AN ETRC OFFICER OR DIRECTOR MUST BE ON
THE FARM GROUNDS FOR
ANY MEMBERS TO TRAIN ON THE FARM. Orange ETRC bumper
stickers will be issued to paid-up members to access the
property for training. Board members will alternate
according to a schedule being on the grounds to monitor
ETRC's training use.
New members are invited to come and participate
or watch. An organized training group will be set up for new
comers to learn the basics of the AKC Hunt Test. Advanced
training groups may train on their own in separate fields. Bring
a chair, water, training gear, and sun protection for you and
your retriever.
