Parent Introduction Letter
Dear Parent/Guardian,
I am delighted to have the opportunity to work with you and your child this semester. Currently I am enrolled at Bradley University as an elementary education student with a concentration in social studies. I am fortunate to be completing my student teaching this fall semester in Mrs. McDermott’s 3rd grade classroom.
I thoroughly enjoy working with children and I believe I can help motivate them to learn and lead them on the pathway to success. I have many fun and exciting activities planned for this semester and I have already begun my first experiences in teaching the classroom in which I have started a science unit on plants. I am looking forward to being more involved in your child’s education and working with you to meet your child’s academic needs.
