Tony has been around the Louisville music scene for many years and is one of the founding members of Headcase. He began taking guitar lessons at the age of 10 and by age 14 was in his first cover band. He studied music theory under local guitar great Rob Johnson at Far Out Music and provides guitar instruction to a handful of students today. He has the obvious list of influences like any other guitarist, but what he really likes to do is draw inspiration from other local players. Tony says that he is humbled by the talented guitarists in the Louisville music scene. Is he any good? Well, go check the band out and see for yourself. Tony primarily plays Fender and Gibson guitars through Marshall amps. He also uses Boss, Digitech, Dunlop, Line 6, and Seymour Duncan effects pedals and Lyt Custom Pedal Boards.
