Louisville & Indiana 1780 a former Seaboard System GP16 crosses
the Ohio river into Louisville KY . The tower next to the waddel lift span is clag and is one of the last active towers in KY. The bridge was built in the 1800s but the span was built in 1901. The bridge has a standard gage and had a narrow gage tracks. Good photo ops on both sides of the bridge. Picture below taken this May 2003 is one of the above 2 Locomotives in L&I paint still working.
