A complaint is being drafted at this time against Tonya Finke-Hardcorn, a.k.a. Tonya Hardcorn to the Kentucky Real Estate Commission. Kentucky law provides significant protections to buyers and sellers when dealing with a licensed real estate agent. Specifically:

 

LICENSEES MUST:

Deal honestly and fairly with all parties.

Disclose to all parties which parties they are representing.

Disclose any personal interest in a transaction.

 

The Commission, by regulation, requires licensees to supply prospective parties to the sale with an Agency Disclosure form, which reveals who the agent is representing, and other consumer protection information. This form is only a disclosure of agency, not an agency agreement or contract. It is used solely for the protection of buyers and sellers.

Furthermore:

 

LICENSEES MUST NOT:

Act for more than one party in a transaction without the knowledge of all parties for whom the licensee acts.

Fail to account for or remit, within a reasonable time, any money belonging to others that comes into his possession.

Engage in false, misleading or deceptive advertising.

Engage in any other conduct that constitutes improper, fraudulent or dishonest dealing, or gross negligence.

 

The complaint along with the documentation will prove that Tonya Finke-Hardcorn a.k.a. Tonya Hardcorn violated each of the of the bold face bullets outlined above.
