One thing I do believe is that you have to move to lose.  I love to walk but not in the colder months so I had decided that instead of sitting around waiting for warm weather I  would join Curves for women.  I find that it is an excellent companion to the Weight Watchers program.  

 

Every month you weigh and measure at Curves.  I will post the results here every month.

Arms 0

 

Total inches lost from Jan 18th -  Feb. 15th  9

   

Body Fat -1.3%  which translates into 6.38 pounds of body fat GONE!!
