Liokaiser

(Now that's a handful!)

I finally got off my butt, and completed a very minor mod to everyone's favorite Japanese G1 combiner.  (I held off on this project, because I only had one hand to do it with until now.)  While Liokaiser is exceedingly cool, there are a few aesthetics that are bothersome.  The major one for me was the small hands he has when compared to other G1 combiners.  I call them "pegs sticking out of wrists." 

With the proper inspiration, I took two Devastator knock-off hands, and hollowed out the wrist ends.

This allowed them to be safely slid over Lio's stubby hands.  Think of them as metal boxing gloves.

The knock-off Devastator hands (in my opinion) make Liokaiser much more appealing.  They also look like paws, which goes well with the whole "Lio" look.

One more note, I enlarged the hand holes slightly so Liokaiser could take advantage of newer Armada, and Energon weapons.  That's all for now.  Considering what this baby costs, I wanted to do something that would make him look better without harming my investment.  This fits the bill.
