I'm going to get one of the LOTR atlases from the library, copy the maps from Bag End to Rivendell and mark my mileage along them every day. I have no idea how long it'll take, but thought it would be fun to think that I'm about at the point where Sam and Frodo stayed with the elves or nearly to Farmer Maggot's...

I was going to start a new challenge, but when I saw this one I realized that Jaxena found all the cool LOTR fans, already! Any other shieldmaidens or Men of the Westernesse want to walk to Rivendell with me?”
