Well, the occasional boggy patch has given way to some pretty treacherous walking!
Since the path through the marshes is never very permanent, we can be glad the Dunedain keep the safe trail marked for us. Be careful to stay between the orange ribbons so you don't get stuck in a quagmire!
Strider and the hobbits spent a miserable night at the 179 mile mark, "Their camp was
damp, cold, and uncomfortable; and the biting insects would not let them sleep." Let's push on and find a drier place to stay!
