What Happened to the Got Food Allergies?
Me, Too! Shirts?
Unbeknownst to us, someone trademarked
the phrase "Got Food," and wants to sell it to specifically Gerber
or some other large corporation who (in her own words) "can make
me and my family very comfortable." Of course, this hasn't stopped myriad product manufacturers from continuing to use the phrase,
but she's entitled to bring lawsuits against whomever she wishes. I chose to just alter the wording of my "Got Food Allergies" shirt, though others might still be using that phrasing, elsewhere.
Now, more than ever, thanks for your support.
As parents of kids with life-threatening food allergies, we
have to stick together. I thank all of you for being my partners
in discovery, creativity, and the worthy career of parenting our children.
